Credit Card On File

All new clients must provide credit card information to keep on file. Your card will not be charged before your appointment, except in cases of cancellation or rescheduling that violate our policy. This helps us manage our schedule and provide the best service to all clients.

Cancellations

In our commitment to providing exceptional service to every client, we enforce a policy requiring a service charge for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

For cancellations made within the 24 hour timeframe of your appointment, a 50% - 100% service charge will be automatically applied to the credit card on file. Additionally, no-call, no-show appointments will automatically incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. 

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

If the fee is charged and your card does not go through, payment will be required prior to booking future appointments.

Please be aware that our Front of House staff is not authorized to waive these fees. This policy is implemented as a standard procedure to ensure the integrity of our Hair Designers' schedules and to respect those who are waitlisted to see their Hair Designers.

This policy is in place to uphold the highest standards of service for all our valued clients. We kindly ask that appointments be canceled via your email confirmation or by texting our Front of House Textline at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

New Client Forms

To secure your appointment, your New Client Form must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to submit the form on time may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

Refunds

You can either cancel your scheduled appointment via your original Email Confirmation, or reach out to our Front of House directly to reschedule.
